"I booked an Adult pizza making party for my partner’s birthday (Valentine’s Day) and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff here were incredibly attentive and helpful for the duration of our booking, despite the party of 13 being somewhat disorganised at times (can’t apologise enough!) We had the whole upstairs to ourselves and Finley and James were just ace about the whole thing. Highly recommend a pizza making party here if we haven’t made them stop accepting bookings with our antics!"

"Had such a lovely experience at PizzaExpress Albert Dock in Liverpool! The food was exactly what you’d expect – fresh, hot and full of flavour – but what really made our visit stand out was the service from Josh. From the moment we arrived, Josh was friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. He made sure we were looked after throughout, checked in at just the right times, and had such a positive attitude that it really added to the atmosphere. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s always nice to have good food, but great service is what makes you want to come back – and Josh absolutely delivered that. We’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Albert Dock!"

"1st time visit on 27 June 2022 to Liverpool and Pizza Express in 16 Monarch Quay, L3 4FP with wife and son. Service from start by Michael on entry to Annabelle who served us was exceptional with a welcoming smile. They were very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious from main course, drinks to dessert. They are an asset to the place who I recommend to anyone. Extremely enjoyable experience and we would visit again in future."

"Ordered 2 pizzas and pollo pesto pasta. Pizzas were lovely and crispy, pasta dish was nice, but a bit too cheesy (would ask for less next time) The staff were brilliant, so friendly and professional. The food took a while to arrive. Otherwise we had a good experience, can recommend. I also used my pizza express app to pay, so collected a pizza stamp too, which was a bonus"

"Been a long time since I've been to a pizza express, and I can't say it blew my mind when I've been there previously (in other places, not Liverpool), but ordered to collect while staying in the hotel opposite, and I won't lie, the pizza was brilliant, far better than I remember, and much nicer than anything else you'd pay the same money for. Obviously I ordered to collect, so I can't comment on the restaurant itself, but the chap out front was polite and friendly, so certainly no complaints there. If the rest of the staff are the same, you'd be on to a winner. From what I did see, it's a very nice interior and location, warm and inviting. Top notch"
